What if my group is staying in different locations in San Diego?

No problem! The goal is to get picked up at around 9 am. If somebody has to get picked up earlier and somebody else next, we can accommodate that, and we will do something similar at the end of the day for drop-off.

I want to book a weekday Mon-Thu, but I don't see it available - can I book that?

Email us or message us on FB/IG and ask us about specific dates you had in mind, and we'll try our best to make it happen.

What if I'm unsure if a group member or I have the skill level for the chosen adventure?

We will plan ahead for the different skill levels you indicate to us are in your party, and we can also adapt once we're at a location for an activity. No one will be left behind by staff.

I have very specific diet wishes - how will you navigate that?

We understand that everybody has different desired food palettes. Please let us know the dietary restrictions on our intake form and we will absolutely ensure that we only bring snacks and drinks and only attend restaurants that can fit your needs.

I use different pronouns than you might expect - will that be a problem for staff?

We got you. We are allies of LBGTQ+ and will use whatever pronouns you desire. Please let us know in the intake form and/or during consultation what you and/or members of your group prefer.
